I like very much the composition with the silhuettes

Easily rectified in photoshop....center the road and it would look even beter...

is it dirt on your lense? or is it just lense flare

Thanks for the suggestion, I'll give it a shot. I did my best framing the shot but it was actually quite dark when I took the photo and was worried a road train was going to come over the hill and splatter me lol.

I've had a closer look at the pic and the lens is definitely filthy. You can see some of the same spots in most of the photos.
