If that doesn't work in PS7, create a new layer and select the line tool, draw a straight line across the horizon, now go to edit>transform and rotate the image so that it all looks straight. Then delete the layer with the line in it.
You welcome Ron, if you have the image in raw convert it to tiff and then go to curves, linear contrast and use the default settings.
You are going to see that the contrast in the image will improve a lot.
With the luck of pixels and information on the jpg image the results will not be the same.

I've only been using RAW with my Pentax - and not often there.
I'm not sure if the Fuji saves in RAW.
