    Fantastic photo Mark.

I reckon the 422s were the best locos ever used in NSW ( certainly the best I ever worked ), built in 1969 and all bar one are still in use all over Oz.

BUT I would have loved to have seen and HEARD the two “B” classes in action.

A little trivia, you often see model locos painted up in different colour schemes of real locos but that red coloured “B” is actually painted up in the colour scheme of a model railway manufacturer.

During one of our stops from Calingford NSW to Bunadaberg at the beginning of our 8 month trip with my wife.
On the way back south to Adelaide we purchased a trailer and the handling of the BMW 100R improved a lot

    Kurilpa Bridge

    It's a bridge.....transport related.......the topic didn't say it had to be a vehicle

Kurilpa bridge, Brisbane CBD, taken today.

Yes, this mess of "pick up sticks" will apparently stay up

    Thai Airways Boeing 777
    Somewhere east of singapore

    Exposure: 70sec
    Aperture: f/2.8
    ISO: 400
    Focal Length: 17mm

I got bored on the flight (as you do after 8 hours) so I used 2 pillows and sat the camera facing out the exit door window. I used the pillows to seal up everything so no light from the inside of the cabin could get in. Exposed for 70 seconds and the result ended up quite good!! What is really interesting is how stable the plane actually is!
