    Microwave toastie...

    Since we have an electric stove that takes forever to heat up the fry pan for doing a toastie...

    I thought Id try a shortcut...

    toast the bread, smear one slice with mild american mustard, the other with mayo, add a slice of ham between 2 slices of processed cheese and microwave for 30 seconds.



    Outstanding, lunch in under 2 minutes.
