When I was a kid at school, 40 years ago (GULP!!) I used to take a wide mouth thermos with sausages in it. Mum would cut them into pieces about 3" long and I would lay four of them on a piece of bread, fold it in half and eat my hot sausage sandwich for lunch.

    Dim Sims!

Make sure to sit boiling water in the thermos for 10mins to warm it up. Steam your dimmies, place them in a freezer bag with soy sauce. Empty thermos of the boiling water, and put the bag of dimmies in.

does the residual heat without a bath of hot water keep them hot to lunch?
