Ive got a recipe from an old blackfella i knew when i was a kid living at Blackall QLD,alot of you mite know this one but anyway here goes
,(this was done with roo or beef but i guess any red meat would work),hang it in shade till its green dont worry bout the maggots,traditionaly it is rinced in a moving streem of water,substitute is cup of viniger,tablespoon of salt covered with water left overnight,fry next day garentied the most tenter meat you have ever had
