    Bacon Bomb

This yummy brekky recipy makes one Bacon Bomb.
Ingredients, 1 large mushroom (big wide one not button one)
    2 slices tomato
    1 egg
    2 slices cheese
    3 bacon rashers

Break stalk from mushroom , crack egg into mushroom cup , place on top tomato and cheese , lay 3 rashers of bacon out crossing them in the middle , place mushroom in middle and fold rasher ends over to wrap up mushroom.
Place in camp oven and cook.

This is one of my faveroite camp breakfasts , enjoy !

    Bacon Bomb's a Winner

Thanks for the recipe - the other half & I tried it on the weekend (in the BBQ at home rather than a campoven on an open fire, unfortunately) but it worked a treat and was absolutely delicious. I can see this becoming a favourite on Sunday mornings whether we're camping or not!

Did this at the weekend - Yum!! Not camping mind, the snow and sub zero temperatures put me off that.

I can now also recommend it for a Sunday morning brekky after a Saturday night of beer. Spot on!
    Regards,
    Jon
