    Jaffle Iron Pies

Here is one for those of you camping with kids who are a bit fussy with their camping tucker.
The roller driver at work has jaffles for smoko and lunch every day, gets a fire ready and toasts away.
The other day as an experiment he brought a cold square pie in for smoko and lunch.Wacked them in the jaffle iron, turned out perfect

you realise that you can cook pies from scratch in a jaffle iron.

bit of pastry, bit of jam and bit tinned apricots or mixed berries, mmm, mmm, mmmmm
obviously you can use what ever you like, tinned apples are good, and for the ones with bubs, bit of babies deserts, different ones are better than others
