Show us your camping set up

150kg :o + about 70% of anything you load into the 'camper' is in my experience far too high a load for the drawbar - irrespective of what's towing it.

I'd suggest that you carry a large jacking plate to place under the jockey wheel when on any terrain other than concrete and be careful of your back if you ever have to lift the sort of weight you'll encounter.

Irrespective of RTA regulations, I have found that 100 to 120 lb is the ideal towbar weight for towing.

After waking up with an Egyptian cobra staring you the face while camping in the bush in Tanzania, i think i would prefer an RTT in Africa.
Although places like Vic Falls Zimbabwe, Candy Bay and Cape Maclear in Malawi were fine on the ground.
