Canvas/fast setup tent with tubbed floor?

We're doing away with the Wild Country Geo 4 dome tent we've had for the last couple of years. Not that there's anything wrong with it...it's served us well, but we want to be able to set up/pack up faster than we can with the monster dome tent. Also, since investing in a 12 x 18 super heavy duty tarp, we no longer need the shelter that the extra room on the tent provided.

I've seen a few tents that I've liked while shopping around. The BlackWolf Turbo 210 being one of them. The only drawback to that tent was the price. The Oztrail Tourer 9 was also appealing; fast set up, side pole kit, good price ($400 rrp), the only drawback being that it doesn't have a tubbed floor (where the floor actually joins the walls 3-4 inches from the ground). This is a feature I'd really like to have in a tent after camping near the Prom in a torrential downpour, with water actually flowing across the ground.

Does anyone know of a fast setup canvas tent that has a tubbed floor? Or can anyone attest to tents without tubbed floors that have literally floated in water without leaking through the floor/wall seams?

As mentioned many times previously, you probably won't go past either Freedom Camping or Southern Cross products for what you're looking at there.
( both Melbourne based outfits )
Gonna cost you $1000 upwards though.

I had a look at both, as I had seen them mentioned many times previously, but didn't see anything with a TUBBED FLOOR.

My Southern cross 10x10 has the tubbed floor you are looking for, thick vinyl floor up around the edges. Side pole kit. Works well for us. We have used it for many many trips out west and up north and I am 100% satisfied with it!

Have you checked out the Oztents? ive got a RV5, its a great tent, easy to set up and pack up, it can also have an extra room if you can be bothered setting up the walls and the front tarp can also connect to the oztent fox wing awning which is great too.

I have used an Oztent in torrential sideways rain with no problem. They are a high quality durable product. Any good tent = $.

When did you buy it? They must have changed because all the images of their tents on their website show the wall panels going all the way to the ground.

The side panels do go all the way to the ground but the heavy vinyl tub comes up inside the wall approx 100mm.

I was going to post up a pic of my tent (southern cross trekker), but you can't see the tub.
