Repco has now pulled this ad and Engel had a note infront on their front page about the Repco's ad being false.

I did have a look at the fridge and now checking out ebay and have found these guys which seem to be distributing the same fridge under a different brand.

By the way for those in the market for a Waeco BCF has a special on the 40L for $899. They also have a couple of reconditioned 40L (previous model) with 12 months warranty for $697 + shipping at WAECO mobile solutions

If you want a good fridge with a great warranty have a look at the techni ice fridges, pretty much Waeco copies with danfoss compressors but with a better warranty.
