Reminds me of when I wanted to know the weight of the brush bar assembly for my P38 to calculate shipping costs.
I posted the question on Rangerovers.net and a guy in Iowa, USA had one in his garaged (unmounted), took it in and weighed it on his bathroom scales and replied, all within about half an hour.
Gotta love it.
Not all LSE's were soft dash (SRS airbags). If it's not the soft dash model then a bull bar should be no problem.

1. Yes augmenting is a word. Look it up.
2. Why are you getting rid of the Deefer?
3. There must be some bits that could "fall off" your Defender onto mine, then.
Dave are you SURE ? I've never seen a non-soft dash LSE.
Maybe there were old style ones in the UK ? What about here though ?
I know LSE specs in UK and Australia were different (UK had bigger engine for example).
It's not broken. It's "Carbon Neutral".

Vled - Qote - Dave are you SURE ? I've never seen a non-soft dash LSE.-Unquote.
Yes Vled, there are non soft dash LSEs in Australia [they were the first ones here and have the traditional square Rangie dash]. I have a mate who has one of those - 1993 model - a great car and still like new.
