P38 air springs into '94 classic

Hi Gents, has anyone retro fitted P38 bags into a classic???? I realize the fittings are different. I have a heap P38 parts that I was hopping to use. I've just purchased a '94 classic EAS model with coil conversion. I want to restore it to eas. I've got to used to the air bag ride!!!!!

Since your so keen on the idea, I would buy new Airbags, rather than use the old ones ... as the rubber will be hard and may well give you the "sags" problems

If you go into the P38 section, you can check out Pauls 5" extra ride height bags

If not ....Then give Wayneg a PM & he may be able to point you in the right direction

The actual bags themselves are supposed to be the same, just the top/bottom hats being different.

Arnotts specify the same rubber bellows for the rear of the classic and the P38A but not the front.

Yep, I got similar advice from the airbag man. I have decided to whimp out and have bought some classic bags which I will renovate.
