I plan on doing a simply check plate alloy on the front, with a right angle at the bottom with stand off's to support the forward floor section.
In front I will mount a lock up tool box with 2 large battery's and 60 AMP charger,external sockets ETC. The spare wheel will also be mounted in front of that. With those things in mind I think the C of G should be fine.

I'm a firm believer in the KISS principle so a simple hydraulic braking system is the way to go. The brakes on the tow vehicle are just simple boosted hydraulic brakes and they work fine.
I need new brake discs, wheel bearings, bushes ETC for the rear end. The Diff will be removed and a cover plate in its place. Axles will be ground off at the flange.
Seals removed and the bearing will run in oil.
