    Download the free EAS Unlock Suite from http://rswsolutions.com/ and make up the cable illustrated there;
    OR
    Purchase an EAS Kicker for RRC from Blackbox Solutions Ltd - Designers and manufacturers of the best vehicle diagnostic tools. which will read and clear EAS Faults.

    My hobby business hardrange.com can also sell you an EAS Emergency Bypass Kit for the RRC that will allow you to inflate the EAS manually until you get the fault cleared. PM me for info or email to info@hardrange.com

    Cheers, Paul.

    Have you noticed the ride height sitting any differently overnight? I'm unfamiliar with the RR systems, but are the manually adjustable? If so, does it work properly? Does it do anything unusual, inregards to the airbag suspension operation? Another question, how old is you battery? do you know what it's state of charge is like?

    Some of the cables on ebay are cheap and nasty, Get one from Paul at Hard Range and you know it will be a good quality item..

    The EAS on the Classic is similar to the P38a so Paul can also help with compressor repair seals and an overhaul kit for the Valve block for future reference. Its better to do them as planned maintenance than wait for a failure

    I've got the EAS kicker, and its worth its weight in .... Al, Si, Mg, Au Ag etc...
    -Plus its easy and quick to use.

    Have no idea if the EAS unlock Suite would do any more or give me more access to differant areas of the EAS program.

    Besides, the kicker is tiny, lives in the glovebox along with its 2 cables. Laptops don't fit in there...

    FWIW: the Unlock suite does all the kicker does plus allows you to calibrate the individual heights ; remotely run/stop pump; remotely empty the main tank and air springs etc . It's very handy for "trimming" the heights to get it 'exactly right'

    The problem with the EAS Unlock Suite and cable for the RRC is the cable itself. It is a pain in the proverbial to make as you need to solder in a 15K resistor and a NPN signal transistor, and then find a C875 TTS plug.

    I thought I was on to something last year (or the one before) when I bought half a dozen LD024 cables from Blackbox Solutions (for the TTS Plug), and some resistors, NPN's and DB9F's from JayCar. It was a failed exercise, due to my dodgy soldering skills and lack of an RRC with EAS, so I decided not to pursue it any further.

    I still have the parts here so may look at it again one day if/when I get time.

    Cheers, Paul.
