Thread: Main dash vents always blowing

When I first got the rrc I could only ever get heat out the top dash vents towards the windscreen or at my feet. The vents facing me and passenger only ever bow cold air when ac is switched on. I assumed this was normal and correct but now no matter what position the lever is in I am getting lots of cold air blown through the vents facing me? Only time I don't is if the fan is switched off but then I get no warm air either. Have checked the ac switch and it operates as it should turning the compressor clutch on and off but the blower motor is only blowing through this circuit and not through the floor ones or the windscreen facing ones?
Anyone else ever had this? Need to fix ASAP as I'm freezing and can't drive my other car since someone broke the locks whilst trying to steal it the other week

Have removed the blower motor relay but this just cuts the blowers totally.
When I've looked at the blower motors there are 2......is one meant for one circuit and one for the other as both mine are running together?

No never had heat out the face vents, seems only the ac blows through those and I'm pretty sure the compressor is stuffed as I have gas in the system but it comes out as a foam from the HP valve.
Have heat at the floor and the windscreen ones again now
