Sounds fantastic, public liability would be your biggest concern though.

A little hill climb![]()
That's a gorgeous piece of country side you've got yourself there Jeza. The video on the hill climb didn't do it justice till you pointed the camera out the passenger window then your window. Good luck with the project. I hope you pull it off.
Cheers,
Danial.
X2. I thought "jeez he's making hard work out of that", then you pointed the camera sideways. I can imagine there'd be a few 4x4s boiling their guts out before reaching the top of that one.
Good luck with it if you decide to give it a go. But don't underestimate the amount of work needed to make the place ready to admit the general public.
We already have some, there call Wombat, Cobaw, Toolangi, Tullarook etc. The best part of Vic and the reason there are no 4wd parks it that we can still use our state forrest for free.
That's the problem with Qld and if the Gov gets it's way thew rest of the country, public land is closed off.
I think a 4wd park would be a great idea as it provides a controlled environment with support for people to get out there. As said public liability would be the biggest killer.
Cheers, David.

range rovers only? maybe rover park......
if you are planning on a return on you investment or money invested into making tracks and facilities i'm not sure you would get enough range rovers using the facility
i mate of mine went down this track with a 2500 acre property, it was going to be on a lease arrangement but found way too many hoops to jump through with the local authorities even before the operators got involved
but if its just building tracks for invited guest than it should be pretty straight forward.........you will suddenly have a long list of new friends
good luck
