Thread: noob questions - 93 vogue.

hi all, hoping some of you folk can set me straight on some questions i've got about the new ride?

- child restraints - i do have these in the roof at the rear, but i'm wondering where to get the bolt/washer setup as per the owners manual?

- key fobs - long story short i got a few of them with the car but only one works. are they individually coded, or do they 'friend' the car?

otherwise i'm a pretty happy fella; like most other owners of this vintage i've got to replace the upper tailgate, play behind-dsah shenanigans to get the hvac doing it's thing properly, and pray to the wabco gods that the a.b.s. setup holds on til i get a better understanding of how it works.

The key fob in mine is for an aftermarket alarm. Which I'll have to sort out at some stage.

2 to each caliper - assumedly for the a.b.s.

i'm in two minds re the remote; whilst fiddling around under the dash i found a module i reckon is the factory alarm, but i found a flashing red diode thingy behind there as well that operates when 'armed'....think i'll have to wait for rave cd for clarification.
