Welcome to the forum.
A one owner 2 door is a very rare beast indeed. What sort of condition is it in and what does it need to get it on the road?
Looking forward to the pics.
Cheers - Gav.
Hi Everybody, just wanted to say hello. I just purchased a one owner 73 RRC. Cannot wait for it to arrive from interstate, so I can get my hands dirty and get it ready to register. Will post some picks when it arrives.

Not as good as the 'one owner' tag would suggest! Rust wise it appears very good, but the exterior finish leaves a lot to be desired and the interior has spent a rough life on a property. One thing that is funny, is that it still has the original radio!
To get it registered will not need too much, a good clean out some replacement seat belts and changing some fluids and some carb rebuilds. It has just been sitting in the garage for a few years since the passing of it's former owner.
Sounds like a solid place to start. It wouldn't be much fun if everything was already done...![]()

Hi Lotsawork - did you buy the Tuscan Blue 1973 Rangie that the Classic Throttle shop had? If so well done. It looked very original - lots of tidying to be done but not thrashed to within an inch of its life like many old two doors.
I saw their ad but didn't see that it was one owner. They are rare - but not unknown. My early two door (1976 - not as early as yours) was also a one owner car which I bought in Sydney early last year. Photo attached. Mine is well used but also very well looked after by its one owner auto electrician. It was only sold after he died.
My car doesn't really need anything doing to it in the short term (although if anyone has the rear part of the main instrument pod i'll buy it - I think they get brittle in the sun and just fall apart eventually) and it's not my daily driver so hopefully that won't change for a while.
I'll be interested to know how you get on with yours. I think that some of the bits can be hard to come by.
Cheers -
