I suppose you can bag the specific RR for just being no good but you have to include the buyer in the equation for just being a clown.

Interesting review. Clearly not a 'hands-on' or 'handy' car enthusiast, but some of the comments were quite funny.

This is the Land Rover way: reliable and comfortable in alligator-infested swamps, but requires a new transmission every time you drive your children to school. Maybe they’re trying to tell us something.

Another review writer who thinks he's hilarious but doesn't even know the basics about the vehicle he bought.

He guessed the fuel economy and then bitched about it.

Dudes a dick.....buys a car without seeing it for himself then has problems with it and its the cars fault? Not the previous owner for not having the problems fixed, or his own for again not having them looked at before they became bigger problems?

Who buys a 20-year-old luxury car with no inspection or test drive anyway? Especially a model that has numerous known faults, easily fixed or not.

You can only assume more money than sense but oh well, just another boring and uninformed piece of writing on the internet.

i have a 93 lse i use as a daily driver. its been more reliable than my 78 2 door! there are a few things not working( cruise control, surging) and stereo stopped working, but i am really happy with it. i also get 450 klm out of a tank. not too bad for a twenty year old vehicle thats 2 plus ton........... (wouldn't mind was set up again though! )

Probably paid full price, based on his keen eye and sound knowledge of cars
One thing about the internet anyone can post articles with no prior knowledge on the subject.

I scrolled down some of the posts and he actually mentions that he has purchased a later model Range Rover .....

From his article you think he would have learnt the first time, we don't need owners like him.
