    Fitting new Shocks?

How do you know when the nuts on the front shock absorbers are done up tight enough?

Do you have to wind them up until they stop?

I did. I have not had a problem with mine (Tough Dog). I assume the shocks have rubber bushes not poly bushes because that would be... well stupid IMO.

Do the top one up until they start to flex a little and then the same with the bottom

After a 100ks re check don't over tighten them all you do is wear them out quicker

You need to preload them enough that the other side doesn't lose contact in normal use.
