Thread: LT77 Reverse Light Switch

Hey,

I have an 84 Range Rover (carbie & 5 speed) I am doing up.

The rear loom suffered from a major melt down at some point due to contact with the exhaust (I think) and has had some real dodgy repairs.

I currently trying to sort out the reverse lights and think the switch is the probably the starting point.

My workshop manual has the switch located just forward of the gear stick (4 speed).

Can anyone please advise location of the switch on the 5 speed?

I just had a look in my work shop manual for the LT77 5 speed and it shows it on the front drivers side of the gear stick assembly.
