Oops. My bad...
Sorry, I forgot. Problem is I'm now on a 2 week trip to Glenreagh and back...
Post a reminder for me on the 14th or 15th and I'll get straight on it...

Hi Bacicat any chance of those photos?
Was just thinking of that tonight, but I couldn't remember what the thread was called so you have great timing.
I'll snap some pics in the morning to show how I did mine.

Ok, here's how I did mine. It isn't pretty, but it works. It will all be covered up by the soundproofing soon, so all good. Where the hi/low shifter was is where the gearbox shifter was. I've just put a plate over the hole and used self drilling screws to hold it down. Everything is sealed with Sikaflex. The auto shifter unit is now where the hi/low was, so I just opened that hole up until it was big enough to drop the auto shifter in. Again, I've used Sikaflex to seal it. The cable clears everything underneath and operates properly. As mentioned earlier, I have had little luck modifying a factory console to fit, so I will fabricate something myself.

Thanks for the pics. I've moved my parts car to an accessible spot last week. So I'm planning to get to work on it soon. I'll post pics as I'm doing the job.
