I have the same problem as you.
I own a 1995 RRC 300 Tdi 5spd soft dash. It needs a new windscreen/ windshield and rubbers.
As you know, they are obsolete parts and longer available.
The old style just does not fit as this last series is glued-on.
In theory Disco 1 MA series-on should fit (the one with the glued windscrren/windshield). The lower rubber is the same in rrc and d1. Side and top rubbers are not but they might fit with some trimming, a late rrc and discos sharee same body.

RRC windscreen (Obsolete): BTR9640
Top rubber (obsolete) BTR9662
lower rubber:AWR1511 (nla)-USE AWR5349
LH rubber BTR9664
RH rubber BTR9663

D1 parts supposed to fit:
windscreen: BTR9642 (has the black surround as in RRC)
Top rubber AWR2025
lower rubber:AWR1511 (nla)-USE AWR5349
LH rubber AWR2024
 RH rubber AWR2023
