    Hi Matt,

    Whereabouts are you ?

Fixed mine last week (1994 classic soft dash). It had warnings 2-3 (ABS pump) and 2-6 (ABS brake pedal switch). I noticed that the pump was actually working OK, and the switch needed some TLC (I'm going to order it, just in case).

The GREAT B*****D who sold me the car removed the bulb. As it was my first car with ABS, I had no idea abut the existence of this light.

I'm in Woy Woy, if it helps,

    Carlos

As FFR said, it's likely the electric ABS pump and/or accumulator (the gas pressurised ball which the pump charges with brake fluid). Both these items are right beside the brake master cylinder/ABS valve block.

On a healthy one the ABS lights turn off once pressure has been reached after startup.

Yes, I had one that leaked....and got slowly worse. - Engine power dropped off as well, to the point of limited speed and even less acceleration .

You can buy re-built ones from a mob up in Queensland. Around $35 or so, but don't quote me.

Also, use this as an excuse to do a brake fluid change... Vitally important that the fluid is always clean, water-free and fresh.
