I still don't get it. It started and ran fine with the old dizzy but was just running rich. When I swapped out the old
With the new that's when I got nothing. I told him that and he said it must of been flooding and when you changed it is when it happened but I don't agree. It should still fire on a cylinder somewhere. I guess it's worth checking them anyway but don't think it will fix it. Unless they are all stuffed.

It is starting to sound like you have a dodgy new dizzy. Have you taken the cover off inside the new dizzy, to have a look if it correctly wired, and or, moving freely? From memory its three tiny torx screws to get the cover off.
Alternatively, put old dizzy back in, get in running, work out why its running rich, then if required, put new dizzy back in, knowing that the beast is running as it should. Then u will b able to determine that there is a fault with the new dizzy.

If it still doesn't start after changing the dizy back. It might be worth putting it on a trailer and driving it down to the petrol station to fill it up with gas. Before you try to start it on the gas though, just in case it is getting both fuels disconnect the petrol pump.

A quick suggestion when you get it sorted, Check the oil for fuel contamination.
I went through a flooding issue with my 83 RRC a while ago and she was up a litre on the dipstick due to the fuel dribbling into the crankcase past the rings which at a guess renders the Engine oil useless and when heated would make a big bang as the fuel evaporates.

Hate to see you get her going only to add misery.
