    TD5 in RRC

Finally a pic of the shoehorn (work not done by me, but one of our expert Qld members). I was just lucky enough (finally) to cross an item off my bucket list.
Took pic this morning, then the penny dropped and finally worked out where/how I would fit the Provent - no pic until hoses connected.

Too late - put the Provent in yesterday, albeit hoses not yet connected. I don't feed the oil back into the sump, just collect via a clear plastic hose and tap, so I can see how much is going through. Seriously considered contacting you re the reverse Provent option, but didn't need to in the end.
The MY04 D2a TD5 with under 70K (2nd engine remember) needs very little emptying, so will be interesting to do the comparison with a MY99 @ 200K. Cheers

If it's not connected to the sump it shouldn't be able to cause any problems. Reversing the flow is easily done, but may not suit everyones layout.

    Is the RRC driving?

Nominally yes, with EAS repaired but with some refinement to valve body controls required, and a few other minor issues still to go (ignition key replacement, new connectors for electric seats and mirrors etc). Very happy with performance - with a special Bruce Davis tickle, more power, yet more economical than my minor chipped D2a, almost as good off road (both have trutracs, but D2a has full traction control, not just rear like RRC). I'm holding off putting up any more pics until I'm happy everything is working.

Oh yes, it feels 'Indomitable' and nice to drive on-road, and would have proved equally capable of sand-climbing if a front tyre hadn't popped a bead at the bottom. As it was, it got 80% of the way up. His D2A with L-plate driver managed the same hill in one go.
    Would shame my V8...
