Rub clean a small area on you rocket cover equivalent to the area of the sticker. Say it fell off while being transported from the wrecker but you got a photo before hand.

Just got off the phone with him, he's happy with the whole car, going to have a look at it next week.
Will even approve 33's due to me running Defender diffs.

Interesting Vern, any thread on your axles/diffs?

Re power outputs - would comparative quarter mile hoon runs between modded and unmodded prove anything? Gentlemen report your times! We know you've done it...

The problem with acceleration runs is the short power band and gearboxes strong enough for the 4BD1T are quite slow shifting.
So results are pretty mediocre. But pulling 5th gear on a hill there aren't many vehicles that can reign it in.

With a good 6sp auto they'd be quite quick. But no-one has done that.

My 0-100km/h time is about the same as a puma powered defender. Puma has a better gearbox and more rpm up it's sleeve.

Nope, rear is just a sals with a Detroit and rovertracks axles, front is just rover with rovertracks axles and cv's, Ashcroft h/duty ring and pinion and atb. Running defender brakes all round.

Don't fianl drive ratios have affect on torque output on a rolling dyno?

That's not Nm torque. That's N force of tractive effort.

You can get whatever torque you want on a dyno if you get the gear ratio wrong. But check torque against power and rpm and all the BS stops.

    Power at rpm(kW)=Torque at rpm(Nm) ∗ rpm/9549

    TVR Chimaera (93-03) 5.0 2d - MPG, Dimensions & Performance | Parkers

    320 lb-ft = 434nm

    In here:
    http://www.aulro.com/afvb/isuzu-land...iasts-section/
And here. This one was later dyno'd at 350hp.

And here is the one with over 500hp and 1000Nm:

So you somehow can't find it possible than a 4 litre turbo diesel can produce over 500Nm?
