What is that? I've always relayed the headlights on my cars. I just by a roll of heavy'ish wire and a couple of relays and get to work with the soldering iron
Costs very little, and often produces huge gains.
A easy check is too put a voltmeter across the headlight globe at idle. Compare the voltage there too the battery voltage (with the engine running). If the voltage is the same, the wiring is already good enough. If it's not, you'll gain a lot of brightness. It's amazing the difference even 1volt will make to the headlight brightness
