    except for rear cargo.
I didn't find the cargo area to be much of an advantage. The Defender door is so narrow it stops a lot of stuff being put into the car.

Rangie, just no room in a defender for a giant like myself, and as much as i would like one, i am stuck with a 76 series cruiser if i was to go down that path

Thats the great thing about the RRC - you can kit it out then drive your comfy armchair into the bush!

    Cheers

You need front seat extension rails - plenty of room with them for me and I'm tall.

Still doesn't help, far too cramped for my 6'5" 110kg frame. And stuff sitting crammed against the door as well.

That door frame can be so cold in winter!

I am with Vern. Rangie all the way for the interior room. The body is so much wider. I am 6'4" and 125 kg, so you can imagine there is a fair bit of width across the shoulders.
I am comfortable in my 87 Hiline, OK in my 76 2 door, but crushed in a Defender.

Having had both in the family over the years, the classic all day.

They are a fantastic vehicle, not much comes close.

For those that want an auto,it has the option as well.

    Definitely a Range Rover

Because they are way less popular and a third the price.

I want both but currently only have a 110. Its a shame the missus only likes late model Range Rovers and not the Classic I would love to add a manual V8 2 door RRC to the garage.
