Yeah I have and it was also doing it on that regulator, thus my decision to change to the rising rate with gauge.
Also, if I put brake line clamps on the vacuum and fuel return hoses, it still runs. It's only when I clamp the supply hose that it slowly dies out.
Left field, does anybody have a ohm spread on the throttle pot? I have 0.32v to 4.2v over the range, but can't find a resistance for it.
