    Are they a factory 6 wheel ?? ... I'm only ask as it says its a 6x6 ... to make a 3rd driven axle can't be simple!

    I believe they are conversions by "reputable" 3rd parties.

    Probably did it the same way the army 6x6 were done

    I'd like to see how they did the pto - second diff housing propshaft alignment in the RRC, that would be pretty interesting to see.

    on the perenties, I think they rotated the housing so the pinion angle was raised above horizontal and a two-piece shaft came form the secondary drive on the gearbox.

    Not an expert on those by any stretch - but I also thought that the (LT77? or is it LT95?) gearbox had an integrated transfer case on the 6x6's with two rearward output shaft flanges.

    Do those 4 speed boxes have a PTO in addition to the twin rear drive, or are they simply using the PTO and the standard rear drive?

    This could actually make for a very interesting modification to an RRC ute... if one were to "extend" the tray...
