I have removed the memory module for the drivers seat & side mirrors in my 94 soft dash (battery acid damage to ECU circuit board, who designs this stuff ??) I have got the seat working properly but am stuck on the mirrors.
Has anyone successfully rewired these ? some pointers or a circuit diagram would be much appreciated.

My then "electrician" (he had a stroke and has since departed this mortal coil) used a D2 electric mirrors dash switch (D2 has an extra connection) and my 95 softdash mirrors are now operated beautifully from that with no memory connection.
As for how it was connected, I hope someone chimes in, 'cos I have no idea how such electtrickery is done.
As an aside my RRC was built July 94, so any sane person would say it is a 94 model, but as we know LR use financial years for MY and use the later number, hence July 94 = MY95
