    Original or Beagle Boys

I’m in a dilemma with what to do with the paint scheme of my 82 RRC.

I intend to paint it the original Snowy White, However, should I stick with the original white A and B pillars, or go more modern with Satin Black A and B pillars.
This is my 75 model when I bought it in the early 80’s.

Same car car some years later with black A and B pillars.

I’m leaning towards black A and B pillars.
    What do others think.

I agree - if it was me I would go with black A and B pillars

I think it looks better with the black pillars.

I guess it depends on how original you're are trying to achieve.

    A B C, black they should be.

I think the only reason they weren't all black, back in the day, was down to cost.

When mine was white (bodied) the a's were white and the B's were black It had been resprayed since 74.

If one was pedantic about 'authenticity' the mirrors should be on the front corners of the clam shell.

That settles it 4:0, black A and B pillars.
It‘s surprising how much more comfortable I am now that I have had input from others.

    Thank you all.

Its your car ... Paint it how you like. If you're not sure, paint the entire thing body colour. Its easy to blow some satin black over the pillars at any point in the future if you decide you don't like it

    The black definitely looks classier
