I need to:
a) Remove the upholstery from the rear bench backrest only (the folding part of the seat, not the base)
b) Remove the drivers/passengers front seats plastic back panels on either back rest.

I've noticed a heap of bolts on the back of the rear bench, so I assume removing these shall release the upholstery?

For the front seats, I am in danger of getting impatient and breaking something, I wouldn't mind some hints of how it's held on, I see no fasteners.

i've already busted a carb float bowl on my classic suzuki at the weekend getting impatient, so I better just calm down a bit on the range rover.
