Forget any locker with 10 spline axles. I have been 4 wheeling with Timaus13 and he is just running 750R16's, (Mudders though) and long, soft springs and he goes just about anywhere I can, and I have 33" mud terrains and a detroit locker in the rear
The key here is keep the weight down, and use long soft springs.
Mine is a heavy Isuzu diesel powered 1992 4 door with lots of stuff hanging off it and inside it. Tim has a bare essential 1976 2 door V8 that weighs I reckon 500Kg less than mine
Tim drives sensibly too, thats why he hasn't broken an axle yet either.

so it's not really worth it to me. The auto locker will just help when i lift a wheel every now and again.
