    I would for sure.

Does anyone know how we would go to bring it over?
What year is fine to bring over and at what costs.

If you don't buy it, I will for sure if it can be brought to OZ.

To bring it over would cost around 1000 pounds but thats the end of the good news. You then have to get past customs and regs where it would be expensive and time consuming even if allowed. It might be easier for a car dealer.
Having an engine fault is the only reason this vehicle is up for sale at such a low price, for those who are not familiar with Overfinch conversions they not exactly a cowboy outfit and are regard by many as the best performance garage by far. This car would have had shed loads of cash pumped into it and having a yank V8 what is the worst case scenario for a fix. Its probably a head gasket or a cracked head. Whichever way someone will get a bargain. Sadly it wont be my but if it was in Oz I would fight over it at that price.
I do recall a Top gear review of this conversion at the time, it would be great if it resurfaced on utube or the like

There was one of a classic conversion not a P38 as you have found. Still that vid is still worth a watch.

Here is a spec of one with a comment from Jeremy Clarkson that it is one of his top 4 cars of all time...................Range Rover, Wod's Site, History, Conversions,1990 Range Rover Overfinch 570 CI Conversion
