Question another wheel q...about offsets for RRC

what offset is needed for a 15x8 to suit my 77 RRC?

I am going fit the LRA flare which extends the outer guard by 65mm ( Les Richmond Automotive ) so I can go out that much past the guards but what about fouling suspension/steering linkages

I see that a -25mm offset is popular, will this be suitable with these flares ?

    hey 2 door,

i have a 76 2 door i've gone for the 35" flares over the 33" flares, as i was going to put 35's on at some point. I found i didnt need the 35" tyres as the 33's are just a good combination. As for the offset, i went to bridgestone tyres centre and asked for a range rover rim 15x8 i didnt ask for any specific offset. They sold me new rims with a fair offset for $89 each. they dont foul the suspension and as long as your cutting the guards anyway you wont hit the body. i have 33 x 12.5 x 15 maxxis bighorn tyres and they rubbed on the radius arms with 7" rims. as soon as i got the 8's i had a wider stance on the car and no more hitting radius arms.

    -25 offset 8"to 10" with 33s to 35s with no steering compromise
