Just an update I spoke to the guy that rebuilt it and he said to bring it back as I was supposed to take the car in and get it tuned by him but he forgot to tell me this. He said the power valve got stck because there is supposed to be a plug in the front of the carby on top that he left out till he tuned it which would allow rubbish to get sucked into the power pistion (stupid). So I am taking it back tomorrow for him to look at.

This fuel return line where am I supposed to hook that up to as I think it still leaks a little bit of fuel?

Thanks for all the great advice guys I thinks I will stick it out with the quadie for a bit longer.

The fuel return line should tee into the pump-carb fuel line just before the union with the carburetor and go back to tee into the tank-pump line or back to the tank. Helps stop flooding from excess pressure/supply, and depressurises the line after turning off.

Yeah pretty much. I found out the the plastic cam on the seconderys had snapped leaving the seconderys open all the time so the carby guy fixed that. But after he fixed that it was still eating petrol so I had another look and found that the top flap on the secondrys had no tension on them so they were still opened so I tightned that up. It still eating petrol but only on long cilmbs on freeways otherwise it seems all good down low it has plenty of power just not in the top end.
