The hardest bit is removing the crossmember. Then just remove the pan & replace the filter. Make sure it's all nice & clean & reassemble.

It's a pain (slow) refilling but that's about it.

Hopefully someone here will know the exact refill capacity for you too .

You measure what you took out, then replace with the same amount, usually 4 litres or thereabouts.
Then check the level as per the manual.

You have to spread the chassis apart, so the X member can fall out when you have undone the bolts .... Block of wood with 2 wedges knocked in with a hammer will do it ...

AS posted before some X members are a interference fit. Not all though. The block of wood and a lever usually works. Have the rangie up high enough so you can lay down with your feet on one side as you pry it out if its difficult so you dont snag your back. Make sure its nice and square on the way back. Once started will tap in OK.

Take care with aligning the filter and make sure pan and jointing surface is clean as.
Oil quantity will depend on cooler size etc. Most take just under 5 ltrs.
Check the fluid level idling in neutral with hand brake on if a ZF 4HP22.
