94 SE seat controller question

One more confusing problem with the beast. When we got it, it was missing the Driver's side electric seat controller. It is a memory seat job, so the electric mirrors don't work either.

We got a replacement one from a wrecker in SA and it has a white rectangular 10 pin male plug on the end.

When you crawl under the seat, there are a few "spare" plugs under there.

One bit of loom has a 4 pin plug and a 24 pin plug next to each other, so it won't fit in there.

Coming off the motor under the front of the seat is a dirty big blue 9 pin plug (that only has 8 pins) and this is the same setup as on the passenger side seat.

All the suppliers tell me that there is a 10 pin plug under there but no amount of contortionism will let us find one!!!!

So does anyone know how to adapt what we have to work together OR have a seat controller with the big blue plug??

from memory there are 2 plugs, on for the seat movement and a seperate one for the memory side of things. think one is 3 or 4 pin, does the replacement switch box have the memory functions as it may be different i wired up some jaycar switches for mine, not entirely happy with it becasue its not factory but it works. but the memory doesnt, howerver my mirrors still work so i think you may have other issues there, mine is a 94 also.

I have copies of the RAVE CD's and I'm pretty sure the 94 RRC electrics are on one of these. Give me a call.
