Question 'how do you get at the lower bolt on the bracket holding it in place? do you need to dismantle the whole engine to get at it or is there a trick?? please help

I would remove the plenum and it should be OK. If not , loosen the bolts holding the rail, spray some silicone spray into each injector "stub" and into the injector holes in the manifold and move the rail up a little if necessay.

If you are gentle the O rings should be OK.
