I have been told that my 1993 model has 2 , above the tailgate .
While there are plugs there I have not physically inspected to see whether there are the correct size nuts there.

if you are going to do this... pull the trim around it and inspect the bracket.. i did when i was changing speakers and was shocked at how flimsy these anchor points were and thought to myself, buggered if i'd risk a kids life on that... so i pulled all 3 out.
just my 2 cents
You can also get a bar which fits between the rear wheel arches. I would imagine that you could fit 3 to this. They do appear in the markets from time to time. I have one which I don't use/need atm.![]()

Ritters in Melbourne do a bracket with 3 anchor point which goes into the roof above the rear window if your car doesn't already have the anchor points.
I had to have kiddie restraints fitted to my 1990 when I imported it to Australia - Australian Design Rules thing that no-one ever checked!
Vehicles prior to 91 HA series had, as markate said, two points a foot behind the rear seats to take the top mounts for a central kiddie seat. These bolt through the floor into the rather lightweight crossmember below. In the UK you'd use the lapbelt to secure the bottom of the seat - for OZ additional clips on the existing lower seatbelt mounts.
From 91 HA onwards they're as everyone said - 3 points above the tailgate...but only for Australia. LR must have come to the conclusion that Aussies breed faster and more frequently.....![]()
