Sorry guys, I keep forgetting to update...
Past week: Refurbish bonnet tools and get new tires.

Tools: The axe and mattock has been re-hafted using bunnings hardwood hafts, and the mattock head has been repainted using primer then this stuff: Montana BLACK 400ml | BLACK 50ml - 600ml | SPRAY PAINT | SPRAY CANS | MONTANA CANS – highest quality urban art supplies in their colour "murdock" which is pretty close to the perentie OD. Tool mounts back on bonnet using Zinc-coated steel M6 bolts (the originals where I still had them, new ones when not) and nylock nuts.

Tires: These were getting pretty manky and old, I'd had a couple of punctures on asphalt(!) so was keen to get a new set. Based on this thread: Biggest and best tires for Perentie 6" rims - Thanks @Badco! I looked around for a good 235-85R16 tire. After a bit of searching around and reading reviews, I went with BFGoodrich All Terrain KO2 tires: Bfgoodrich ALL-TERRAIN T/A KO2 235/85R16 120S Tyres - Buy Online Price $279 I have saved the two best ones and put them on the two spare rims I have. One went below in the usual spot on the frame, while the other I have rachet-strapped down to the load bolts at the front end of the tray between my tool box and the ROPS - There isn't any movement, so I expect it to hold just fine. They are much quieter than the XZL Michelins, but I don't expect them to last as long based on reviews Would have got a new set of Michelins but couldn't find them for less than stupid money...

The jerry in there is empty, just using the back for storage ATM.
Next set of jobs:
- Repaint the new bolts on the bonnet.
- Figure out a method of securing bonnet tools so no bugger nicks them.
- Clean all the dust out of the dashboard (again).
- Corner some mechanical type to help me through re-oiling the front swivel pin housings and help me check the old girl over for any other mechanical bits and pieces to keep an eye on. I'm happy to pay in beer/time/heavy lifting, if you are keen and are in Adelaide.
