G'Day Matt.
You need PRC 6023
Should be about $30 and include the grommet in the assembly.
If the cable clips are broken or perished: PRC3180
A multi used item also used as a bonnet prop clip on TD5 Defender

I seen 1 on eBay less than $30 delivered, but I needed 1 by this weekend and got 1 made up locally thinking I was real smart. $80 later ouch, should have been patient..
Has this piece caused your speedo to stop working?
My speedo stopped but I'm guessing its more related to dismantling the transfer case, although the cable does seem loose/slack as it goes through the firewall.
Mine was busted right behind the speedo, pretty sure they have used the same outer. $80 only got me the inner!!!
