if it happens to you
DO NOT PANIC
clutch it select neutral and let it rev, you WILL NOT hurt anything by letting the engine free rev at full governed rpm.
if it wont shut down by turning off the key because the fuel cut off isnt adjusted correctly (it should at least drop revs to around 2k rpm) you have several options.
safest, easiest, most practicable first
1. remove the drain bung from the fuel water seperator and leave it go till it draws in air to the injector pump.
2. stall it by engaging CDL high range 4th gear and dropping the clutch while you mash the brakes
3. pull the air trunk off the inlet manifold and block the opening
4. open all 4 injector unions.
5. dump a 2kg co2 extinqisher directly into the air filter inlet. (you can also dry chem it but that will cost you at least an air filter.)
