Hello from BadCo. and Hank (ARN 48 369)

Hi mate. She certainly looks good. Sounds like you had a better run than me, I bought the FFR at the NZ Grays auction. Took 3 months to get registered but all good now. I work out at Westgate, so may see you around the traps, or at Muraiwai walking the dog!!

I'd be keen to see any engine bay photos. Carjam says it's a 1988;) which was a year of significant change in the 4BD1 engines.

Oh nice! What took so long to get it complied? I'm in Ranui and frequent the west coast so probably will see you around.

They insisted on me providing them with an original of the sale letter from the Aus Army to Frontline! But eventually they saw sense luckily.

Some of the later engines were basically 4BD1T's without the turbo. Visually they have a different rocker cover and breather setup as the main clues. Also a blanking plate where the turbo drain would be and the intake manifold is slightly different.
