I dont believe the insurance company will have a right to the wreck in the first place?

Most insurance company are happy to allow the buy back option it saves hassle and towing fees. I bought back one of my blandcruiser ute s after some idiot up at red bluff hit me head on driving on the wrong side of the rd . Cost me $500 they just deducted that from the total then sent me a cheque for the rest. I then nearly doubled my money by parting it out

Still waiting for their offer, I would like to repair it if possible and get it repaired by KLR with the turbo, It already has power stearing by them and works well.
Cannot be bothered with finding another like it. mint condition before. Bugger the Taxi.

How did this one pan out? Was it deemed a repairable write off?
