You should already have them on the front!
There was an up grade program to fit discs to selected vehicles which was to include all 6x6s although I'm unsure if it was completed. So yes it can be done and it's reletivly simple. Not sure of dollars though.
Why not leave it? It's not a rocket by any means.

Front are bolt on from a 1993-on defender, however you have to change the calipers to suit or make caliper spacers.

Rears were never ventilated. There would not be much advantage. However you could adapt front rotors.

Thanks Nino for that information, I do have discs on the front they are solid not vented, there is a slight pulsing of the break pedal when breaks are applied have traced the problem back to the front right hand discs rotor being ever so slightly warped and want to up grade the solid discs to vented discs, I was wondering if I could do all of the brakes with vented discs as I often pull a large trailer around 3.5 tones and find the existing brakes lacking.
Where can I purchase vented discs & caliper's from ?any help would be much appreciated

RDA or DBA are the best choice for rotors. Calipers from one of the uk suppliers will be the cheapest option.

I assume the trailer you are towing given it's weight is on private property !

As others have said changing the front to ventilated rotors is as simple as replacing the current rotors with the later ventilated rotors and replacing the callipers with ones to match the rotors.

Rear Defender disks are all solids, although I'm working at ventilated option for my Defender 6x6
