Thread: Perth Perentie Auction

Sooo...... Who's going tomorrow?? I fly in to Perth Tuesday, so I rang up grays online and asked if I could view the vehicles Tuesday or Wednesday and they politely said NO. it's strictly Monday viewing only.
Anyone have any ideas on how many more are to come ?

I think there may be less than 40 RFSVs left to sell off.

As for prices, some are in recond. A1 condition, that goes for all the variants, and the price, even for the best examples, are still half the price of a new commodore etc. Some are a quarter of the price.

And IMHO your run-of-the-mill Perentie (no power steer and turbo and winches and...) is the best assembly-line made proper LR ever made, the original designers would be very proud. The ones with all the extras in A1 cond are the best of the best.

...and the Perentie has a very big "online brains trust" as well.

I predict that Perenties at the 2098 LR 150th Annversary at Cooma will outnumber other LRs by 4 to 1 at least.
